THE TEAM at a Bridgwater-based family-run air filter manufacturing company are celebrating after being named Family Business of the Year at an award ceremony last week (November 25, 2022).
Jasun Envirocare picked up the accolade at the Sedgemoor Business Excellence Awards ceremony at The Canalside in Bridgwater.
Colin Hitch, Managing Director of Jasun Envirocare on Parrett Way, said: “We are absolutely over the moon to have been awarded Family Business of the Year at the awards ceremony. The Sedgemoor Business Excellence Awards, hosted by the Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce, aim to reward companies, enterprises and individuals who are making outstanding contributions to the growth and prosperity of the district.

Jasun Envirocare Plc was first established in London in 1972 by Mr Trevor and Mrs Barbara Foot and by the 1980s had moved to Billingshurst in West Sussex. This factory was destroyed by the great storm of 1987 and the company then moved to Bridgwater, where it has been for the last 35 years.
